“Our 2016 Honda Accord LX was stolen and had ignition, bumper, window control issues, as well as cleanup after the stealers had apparently drove it around town and smoked cigarettes in it. Gerber picked it up from the tow yard and worked with our insurance to get as much as they can paid for by insurance. They maximized the insurance payout, and delivered a car in excellent condition. I most appreciated that they sent regular emails as the effort progressed, and took care of it all. I mean an email at every juncture, so I was able to deal with it on my end. My participation was minimal because they handled it all. Definitely a 5-star service. Thank you Tina and Tammy, and your team! This is how things SHOULD work.
