“On my way back from springs my car went into limp mode on the Saturday of Easter weekend. I was a little frantic and calling different shops and leaving voicemails fully anticipating that I wouldn’t hear back from one until Monday. Jaime called me back within 30 minutes, let me explain the whole situation, drop the car off at his shop, and told me he would do a diagnostic on Monday when they reopened. He got in touch with me at 11am just 2 hours after they had opened with the results and an estimate. I picked my car up that day. One of the fastest turn around I have ever had. Gerber picked it up from the tow yard and worked with our insurance to get as much as they can paid for by insurance. They maximized the insurance payout, and delivered a car in excellent condition. I most appreciated that they sent regular emails as the effort progressed, and took care of it all. I mean an email at every juncture, so I was able to deal with it on my end.
