“Initially went to the big R in town and was refused service to exchange a trailer tire. Decided to go to the location in Pueblo West and they were FANTASTIC. I believe her name was Betty, the manager was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way and helped us find the tire purchase without a receipt. They didn’t have the same tire to exchange so she gave us a full refund instead. Great service and great employees!”

“Every time I go there I love to look around at what they offer. Hardly ever they are out of anything I buy. Miss talking to the cashier but do not miss the long lines. Keep forgetting to bring bags. LOL!”
