Was unable to upgrade my phone due to the avaible options as they had sold out of the options but the staff were amazing! They offered to ship it in and gave me a bunch of great details! They were so personable. Definitely coming back again.

Went in to upgrade my old phone to a new one. Ms. Synthia was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with us. She spent over an hour and a half figuring out the complication with my old phone, refusing to give up!! It was much appreciated 😁
