“The Guy at this Cricket store was phenomenal, he set up my phone the way it needed to be set up. It is a replacement phone. I needed the stuff transferred from my old one to my new one. Took him about 2 minutes to do it. I spent two days, over an hour each day, at the Cricket on highway 50. The girl was the only one there she didn't actually know what she was doing, and she was trying to help everybody at the same time, it just didn't work. If you need your phone set up I recommend the Cricket store on 4th and Abriendo.”
“I just had an excellent experience at this store. Devon was friendly, helpful, explained things to me patiently, didn't make me feel rushed, and didn't try to over-sell me on stuff. He fixed my plan so I'm paying less now after reviewing my options. You usually have to wait for your turn at this location, but he managed to work with me and the person ahead of me simultaneously and smoothly, and the quality of the service was worth any waiting I had.”
