“Took one PKG of flooring back as we did not use it. At first they could not find the product. The poor gal was getting a little preturbed because another customer was trying to get cash for something that obviously was grabbed in store and an attempt made to cash in. This young gal stayed calm and professional called up another person to help and then got our issue resolved. While a problem to me it is not a real issue, but when you get used to a store layout in another city, it can be a bit confusing when you realize the layout is not the same. How ever over the last two days of going to Lowes picking up material for flooring, cabinet building and making my own transition piece. The staff we ran into were extremely knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. Plus staff response to me seems quicker than home Depot.”
