“Had to return some items to the store , you'd think no big fuss well I handed over all my items to the woman at the counter who did not scan all my items. Didn't realize until I was gone , was originally a 1 because I spoke to one manager who seemed like it was no big deal. Luckily I spoke with another later that day who was more understanding and quickly resolved the issue.”

“Derek, Jeff and Derek M are always very knowledgeable and have saved my behind several times by helping to forecast on unforeseeable issues that may arise and have sent me out with parts I didn't think I'd need but did. It saved me from making multiple trips to the supply store and more efficient in completing my job. The owner, Jimmy, has an open door policy and, when I've had an issue, he has been very responsive and accommodating when dealing with the issues. It is nice to have such professional, friendly and knowledgeable people to work with. This is a 10star company but google will only let me give 5. Great job guys. It's worth mentioning that these guys perform at a level equal to 2ce the staff they have and it's always a smile and/or a joke when you walk thru the door so excellent job Jimmy.”
“Looks like I am going against the grain with my five-star rating. In reality, it applies to two employees of the Lowe's on route 50. First, is the manager Gerry, who went above and beyond in finding the appropriate wood products that I needed for a major project. My thanks to Gerry. Second, is the delivery driver Shannon, who painstakingly placed the lumber and other wood products in a tight situation to make it much, much easier for me to access. I wish all home improvement stores had folks like Gerry and Shannon!”

“I just had the best service at the Pueblo Blvd Lowe's. I had just picked up a bag of pea gravel and after the first two steps, I realized I wasn't going to make it two more steps to the cart. One of the men in those tall racks holding stone, gravel, mulch, etc., saw me and quickly took the bag and put it in my cart.
I had great amd friendly service at the garden center check stand.
As I was leaving, I was spotted by yet another employee, Manny, when I started rolling the cart toward the car.
Manny offered to take over, and even loaded my car for me.
I used to be young and strong, and I could easily waive off assistance and handle things on my own.
The employees at the Pueblo Blvd Lowe's offered help without making me feel small. In truth, I needed help, and I was grateful to accept their offers.

“I bought a refrigerator at South Pueblo Lowe's and paid for delivery. The refrigerator arrived on time and the workers were very professional and polite and friendly. I used to shop at Home Depot but their workers that do installation were rude and damaged my kitchen floor when I bought a range. I highly recommend South Side Lowe's, the workers were fast and did not do any damage to my home!”

“Ashley's is a wonderful hardware store. They have pretty much anything you will need and they will bend over backwards to help you. No matter how long it takes.”
