“I just had the best service at the Pueblo Blvd Lowe's. I had just picked up a bag of pea gravel and after the first two steps, I realized I wasn't going to make it two more steps to the cart. One of the men in those tall racks holding stone, gravel, mulch, etc., saw me and quickly took the bag and put it in my cart. I had great amd friendly service at the garden center check stand. As I was leaving, I was spotted by yet another employee, Manny, when I started rolling the cart toward the car. Manny offered to take over, and even loaded my car for me. I used to be young and strong, and I could easily waive off assistance and handle things on my own. The employees at the Pueblo Blvd Lowe's offered help without making me feel small. In truth, I needed help, and I was grateful to accept their offers. Well done. Thank you.”

The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
