We brought my engagement ring to him to simply be resized, but upon checking the ring out, he noticed that 2 of the side stones were already loose. David was very kind to take the time to explain to us the best way to care for, and maintain, the integrity of our investment. He did end up resizing and tightening the settings of my ring- as well as getting me set up with a maintenance schedule for my high maintenance ring- all in less than 24 hours. I don't think any brand-name jewelers could compete with his level of service.In short, I'd highly recommend Scribner's for any beloved piece of jewelry that needs a professional touch. 10/10!”
