“The customer service I received was top notch! My cell was dropped and it wouldn't come back on. Unfortunately I had to get a tooth pulled that morning before coming in and I couldn't talk very well. The woman that helped me went the extra mile and I really appreciate her. One other matter, these metro cells has a metro news banner that comes up every time you click into your cell. It can't be deleted. It's just always there pushing political agendas or celebrity nonsense. It's annoying 😑 that banner should be an option not shoved down my throat. It's the only thing I don't like about metro phones. I pay for the cell and the service but yet I am forced to deal with the constant news banner. I really hate the banner and I am sure I am not alone.”

“The Guy at this Cricket store was phenomenal, he set up my phone the way it needed to be set up. It is a replacement phone. I needed the stuff transferred from my old one to my new one. Took him about 2 minutes to do it. I spent two days, over an hour each day, at the Cricket on highway 50. The girl was the only one there she didn't actually know what she was doing, and she was trying to help everybody at the same time, it just didn't work. If you need your phone set up I recommend the Cricket store on 4th and Abriendo.”
