“These mechanics are never pushy or condescending like the stereotype, though they are happy to go over anything they notice without that “make a sale” pressure. The waiting area is always clean and well stocked. Someone had a service dog and I watched them offer water and be as accommodating as possible to the animal and the veteran that brought her in! Add that they have affordable services and do so many little extra things like cleaning the outside windows and vacuuming floorboards, and it really is the best place in town.”

“This place is not only beautiful to look at but have staff with beautiful hearts I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed if they say 10 minutes it be that exactly to the second not only do they move fast but they treated my truck as if was theirs I was truly impressed with the customer service and the friendly staff there you rarely here yes sir and no sir anymore but that was how I was greeted with every question I asked I was told this business has been there for 19 years and I see why they give excellent customer service with a smile so all you single moms and dads with limited time please stop in and get to k ow these guys they truly make life wonderful I will never go back to Walmart because of lack of common sense if I buy 5 quarts of oil and the truck requires 6 1/2 why not call me back to TLE so I can pay for the extra oils required to fill it properly how d*** can one person be and the manager said they didn’t fill it up because of money issues but if I brought my truck up to them wouldn’t have so money to pay I was a regular customer so they knew I knew how much oil it takes but anyway please cost the log cabin you will not be disappointed thanks again to all the staff and manager for being a caring and sweet companyServices: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“12.23.24 This Valvoline is a good one to go to. In and out, and they know what their doing. I will say all Valvolines are expense, but what isn'tI would say definitely stay away from the Southside Valvoline by Walmart. They aren't good, and I received 2 terrible lube jobs on my car and truck years backI usually go to Springs and Denver to get an oil change ect on my vehicles, but I decided to try this Valvoline Northside of Pueblo, and so far, I'm happy!”

“Called a few days prior to make appt to have a variety of recalls (F250) taken care. Told it would take half a day. Alrighty! Packed a bag with food and drinks.Arrived at 0657. The entrance to the store itself is blocked by vehicles, that was moved by an employee with a minute of arriving. (just know if you arrive early. Saw a truck pull in behind me then back out) Drove to the service dept.Pulled up to the Quick Lanes. Greeted by Nerick, who took vehicle info and escorted me inside to complete my appt process. One will be rescheduled - they have to order the part. No worries there. He apologized that one recall may take 1.5 hrs, but offered donuts, coffee, and a ride to go get food, if needed. Gave up the keys around 0730. Sat down and read an ebook, until Nerick came to get me around 0945. Vehicle was done.I was very pleasantly surprised. Nerick was extremely friendly and made sure I was made comfortable. He placed the part on order and I'll wait till it arrives to make another appt for that recall. Very happy with my experience.”
