“We have the American choke collar - a simple, lightweight fabric rope collar that is so much nicer than a chain. I needed a second one for my smaller dog and I had some trouble with measuring - but when I emailed, Timber Wolf was quick to assist me and get the right collar on my dog. I really appreciate this level of customer service. I highly recommend this high quality product. The measuring directions are not clear - so double check before ordering. But the product is worth it.”

“After 16 years Poco my tuxidocat finally got a shave. I kept up with him but he will not let me touch his belly or hind area. His clumps were getting worse because of his age. He would scratch and bite me. Took Poco here and not a scratch or bite. Kudos to deal with something I couldn't. The price a little high. It was worth it. Not a howl on the way home. I think he liked it.”
“Always a good experience now. Ever since they decided to either reschedule or reassign one of their employees that to say was racist would be cruel to a racist. But I haven't seen him in months so he's probably gone. Now, the store atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff (minus the racist) is extremely helpful”
