“I've shopped there for years, they always have the better selection when it comes to skate shoes. I went a couple weeks ago and they didnt have my size in stock, so she ordered it to my house. I received the shoes pretty quickly, except they were a women's 11 instead of a men's 11. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was super cool and assured me it would be a direct exchange or they would reorder for me again. I had bought 2 pairs (Murphy Lee and Nelly trained me) so not having the shoes immediately isn't a huge ordeal to me. Glad yall have been able to stay in business over the years we all know the Pueblo mall seems like a revolving door of business misfortune.”

We were going to put them back but the manager honored the price since all of the shoes were under the wrong sign. We were extremely satisfied customers! They’ve got our business!”

“I got a gift card for this place for Christmas in which I used to purchase a new pair of boots. After about 3 months, the heel ripped off the right boot. Which I must admit that was pretty freaking quick, work boots usually last me 3-5 years. It's probably just a one-off fluke.
Anyway, I lost the receipt, so I went in there hoping they would be able to look it up by phone number. It was my first time in Cavender's, and I guess I didn't expect to be back for a good while, so I didn't put in my phone #.
However, they were able to find the transaction in their system by combination of it being a gift card purchase and the boot brand/style to find my transaction and traded me out for a new pair. Top notch customer service. Had I gone anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to eat the loss due to not having my receipt.”
