“Very clean rooms and great service. Spacious rooms and could hardly hear anyone else around us. This is a great, community-minded business to support! Not only did all of my family and friends stay here when visiting for my wedding, but we ourselves were housed here when evacuated from our home for the Gold Mountain Fire. They happily welcomed our dogs as well. We can’t thank them enough for helping make our displacement a little less stressful.”

“My wife and I had a great stay. The manager, Phoebe and Mark were very helpful and were excellent cooks. My wife especially loved the muffins. The evening complimentary wine was a first for us! The Inn was within walking distance of everything. The story of it's start is very intriguing as well. The nights were cool enough to open the windows. They even have towels available for the hot springs! The town has a free concert on Thursdays which we attended. It was 35 years since we passed through the area due to the fact it was Winter and were ot abe to stop but were finally able to return this month! Thanks for your hospitality guys!”

“This was our second stay at Timber Ridge Lodge, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it being four years ago! Check-in was a breeze, and the customer service from Zach and the owners, Brian and Julie, was absolutely top-notch throughout our stay. The lobby was such a welcoming space, with fresh, hot coffee and snacks, a cozy couch, and beautiful artwork to enjoy. Our room was updated, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the full-size toiletries, coffee machine, ceiling fan, and portable A/C for those warmer days. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and one of our favorite parts of the property was watching the large swarm of hummingbirds that visits daily. And we can’t forget the courageous little tailless cat who apparently has made it his mission to scare the foxes away! The fire pit out back was the perfect way to end our stay, and the individually packaged s’mores kits available in the lobby were such a fun touch. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk into town and everything Ouray has to offer. It’s clear that Brian, Julie, and Zach put a lot of care into making Timber Ridge Lodge a special place to stay. We loved our second visit just as much as our first and will absolutely be back again!”

“This place is amazing. The view, the people working there, the view! (Yes I know i said view twice. Its not a mistake). The spots are not so close together that you feel like you are on top of one another. The common areas are clean and very nice. The campground is located right on the river walk that allows you to have a very short but very nice walk into town. The people working the front desk are knowledgeable of the area and the campground.”

“We only stayed for one night, but I would come back any time. Nice charming old hotel with up to date bathrooms. Continental breakfast is included which is enough to get you started on the morning. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, they gave us a tour of the entire place when we arrived.”

“This hotel was spot on. Clean very well kept. The staff super nice. I really liked the person that came everyday and made the beds. My youngest child brought her own blankets and to make her feel at home the person made the beds with her blankets. Small act of kindness goes a long way with me and that’s why they got 5 stars. The main tv in the 2 bed room did not work a lot but we were not here to watch tv. The bathroom door did not lock but that’s not a game changer to me. We will stay here again.”

“From the moment I interacted with the team at Hot Springs Inn, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine kindness of everyone involved. During a time when wildfires created a great deal of uncertainty for travelers, the staff remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. Every conversation was handled with compassion, and it was obvious they truly cared about their guests rather than simply going through the motions. What stood out most was how well the management team communicated during a challenging situation. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly, provide updates when they could, and treat every concern with respect. Even with circumstances beyond anyone's control, they never seemed rushed or frustrated. Instead, they consistently demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a sincere desire to help. It's easy to judge a hotel when everything goes perfectly, but you really learn about a business when unexpected challenges arise. The team at Hot Springs Inn showed exactly why outstanding customer service still matters. Their positive attitude, courteous communication, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. Exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people, and Hot Springs Inn clearly has a management team and staff who understand that. I would gladly recommend this property based on their outstanding service alone, and I look forward to staying with them in the future. They have earned both my respect and my trust.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Our balcony room was beautiful with 360 views of the beautiful mountains. The hotel staff were extremely kind! The Grotto Spa was so relaxing, as well as an incredible vibe. Close to everything downtown. We will be staying again.”

“During our family vacation we wanted to experience hot springs. After much reading and deliberation we decided to visit twin peaks for the afternoon. They offer day passes that give you access to the hot spring pools, sauna, steam room, and the large pool. We had 5 kids with us ages 15 thru 4. The facility was great and the entire family loved it. 10 out of 10 recommend twin peaks!”
