“Of course the sprinkler head cracked from winter weather. Our lawn is dying so we needed the sprinkler system to work. Rain was supposed to have come but it's been barely anything. The yard is so dry. Went to then the sprinkler on and it was leaking. He's handy so he took the sprinkler head off and called to ask if they had the part he needed. It's some name but I don't care enough to ask. Anyways, they said the thought so but to bring it down so they could look at it. We drove down and you can't go into the office because of covid precautions right now but there was a sign on the door that said to call them as they are open. So I did and Justin came right out to look at the part we needed. He had it - yay! And he had some sodering wire thingy we needed too. Yes, I'm not the handy one. I just write the reviews. Justin apologizes for us having to stand out in the drizzle but it was fine. He rang us up and we were on our way. Would recommend.”
“These guys rock. I went in and talked with a young kid who knew exactly what I needed to help me. He helped me sort through all the little drawers to find the parts I needed to remake a part for a electric scooter. He knew all the names and had some great ideas.”
“Lowe's in Castle Rock provides excellent service from the friendliest people. In the last week, I have had the store manager, Steve, get the head guy in electrical to help me. He spent as much time as I needed making sure I would be able to accomplish my task. He laid the complete system of PVC with connectors and joints out for me on the floor to make sure it would work, got me the correct wire and made sure I understood how to strip the wires, and found me the glue and brackets I needed. The next day, I needed help in plumbing and the head guy there helped me find the parts I needed. In between, Troy in MST helped me find the wire cutters I needed and the next day when he saw me in the store asked how my project was going. Today, Troy helped me find the right product to seal a leak giving me 5 options and taking me to the different departments where it could be found. The lady in paint helped us find the right sealant for our fence and made sure we had all the supplies we needed. A lady in the garden shop helped me find the plant I had been looking for in all the nurseries around town. The wonderful young lady at the front desk was the one who said she'd make sure I got any answers to my questions because she knew the guy who had ALL the answers. All of these people went above and beyond and did so happily. I felt like a valued customer and that they cared that I was able to finish my project successfully, which I did with their help. They have a very loyal customer in me and I am happy to know I can rely on Lowe's to provide great customer service.”
“Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)”

“I have not paid attention to their staff, sometimes I cannot communicate with them, the English struggled a little, and now we know the answer is ok. If there is a way without offending, of course, some staff will carry 1 badge saying "I can help you with something. I spoke Spanish." Thank you very much in advance for your attention.”
“Busy location for sure, but the staff made it seem like it wasn't. Easy to get help, and a fast checkout made me wish this was closer to my home. I bought a bag of mulch thinking it was rubber mulch and had to return it. I was able to return and purchase the correct mulch with ease. The return counter asked if I was going to buy what I needed, which I did. He proceeded the return, then he went online to the correct mulch, asked how many I needed, sold them to me, and I grabbed it on the way out through the garden center. No extra waiting in a line, just easy-going. I love it when a system isn't bogged down with bureaucracy, and employees can do what makes sense. I will go to this location any time it is an option. Thank you.”
“Accidentally stumbled in here after mistaking "garden center" for "garden salad" on my way to find something to eat. Incredibly impressed by the extensive, yet fairly standard selection of fake plants, real plants, and garden variety garden equipment. In a completely separate location on the complex, I found other useful garden equipment such as hydroponic lights, pvc pipes and vinyl tubing, which might be useful if I wanted to grow some lettuce, which would be good in a salad. They do not otherwise sell any salad at Home Depot.”

“I bought a new refrigerator from Lowes when our old one suddenly quit the day after my sister died. They were amazing!! The salesman took the time to measure several refrigerators to make sure it would fit in our space, and he arranged for our new refrigerator to be delivered the next day. We purchased our new frig on 5-11-2021. Anthony L. took the extra time to move the hinges on the door to the side we needed, and the delivery was smooth and efficient. What a pleasure!!! My only issue was on my side... since we were leaving town immediately for my sister's memorial, I forgot to do the survey as requested..... when we got back, it was too late. I am truly sorry.... I would have given the store and staff all 10s!!! I am excited to do business with this Lowes again!!!”

He helped me find everything I needed and even found a driver to get a huge pallet down from the top shelf so I could get all my items! I am so so thankful to have asked him for help and wanted to say thank you for the incredible and genuine care and customer service!!!”
“Had time to kill so he wanted to look at the radiant heaters. Walked to the section where they were but they were changing out their displays already. So we wandered around and found them in a middle display on the floor. Then we went to find the screw I needed. They only had packs of them so I couldn't get only one. Self checkout and we were done. Clean store and there were more associates than I was used to which was nice. Sometimes you can't find anyone to help you.”

“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”
