Explained as we looked for the bolt about strength of metal etc. Also found out he was also from Erie, PA where I am from which was crazy but nice. “Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! “Of course the sprinkler head cracked from winter weather. Our lawn is dying so we needed the sprinkler system to work. Rain was supposed to have come but it's been barely anything. The yard is so dry. Went to then the sprinkler on and it was leaking. He's handy so he took the sprinkler head off and called to ask if they had the part he needed. It's some name but I don't care enough to ask. Anyways, they said the thought so but to bring it down so they could look at it. We drove down and you can't go into the office because of covid precautions right now but there was a sign on the door that said to call them as they are open. So I did and Justin came right out to look at the part we needed. He had it - yay! And he had some sodering wire thingy we needed too. Yes, I'm not the handy one. I just write the reviews. Justin apologizes for us having to stand out in the drizzle but it was fine. He rang us up and we were on our way. Would recommend.”

“Had a bathroom urinal valve issue. Salesman HOU was a GREAT help! I brought a few photos and measurements of the problem flush valve. He was able to help correct my issue with a small part and then help me upgrade to an automatic flush kit (Sloan EBV500A). Super easy to install and works great!”

“Bret has always been fantastic to work with when we need licensing, IT equipment, or even some of the weird one-off equipment. He keeps us overly informed (Which for me is a great thing), does his best to beat pricing and most importantly, helps us get things fixed up when some licensing goes haywire due to a different company putting in an order incorrectly. I would highly recommend Incaption for any of your IT needs. Even if the price is slightly higher on the rare occasion, nothing beats working with a local Colorado business that has takes the few extra minutes to understand your business needs. We've even stopped doing business with some companies after seeing that Incaption can do the same thing with better pricing. After giving CDW a trial for about 3 months, and then screwing up an emergency order we placed, I'm not going back and Incaption will always our business as long as I have something to say about it. Our recent order of 25 Ubiquiti Unifi Wireless Access points is a very exciting order that we just placed and we're looking forwarding to upgrading our network thanks to the great pricing we got. -Austin @ Circle Graphics”

“Accidentally stumbled in here after mistaking "garden center" for "garden salad" on my way to find something to eat. Incredibly impressed by the extensive, yet fairly standard selection of fake plants, real plants, and garden variety garden equipment. In a completely separate location on the complex, I found other useful garden equipment such as hydroponic lights, pvc pipes and vinyl tubing, which might be useful if I wanted to grow some lettuce, which would be good in a salad. They do not otherwise sell any salad at Home Depot.”

“Had time to kill so he wanted to look at the radiant heaters. Walked to the section where they were but they were changing out their displays already. So we wandered around and found them in a middle display on the floor. Then we went to find the screw I needed. They only had packs of them so I couldn't get only one. Self checkout and we were done. Clean store and there were more associates than I was used to which was nice. Sometimes you can't find anyone to help you.”

“One of the best places (and one of only like 4) home improvement stores that exist across the entire country! Which means no matter what I say, I'll be ignored cause Corporate America is about as friendly as a rock! You get 5 stars for utterly being on my device to review at the right time and right place . If I ever go in here though, good chance that would be the last time, cause like everything else I write about, I hate them all and think horrible things should happen, like paving over this place and making it a skate park!! Much better than a gathering place for stuck up rudness from the highland ranchers!”

“Went at 8am to get lumber for a shelving project. Had to get the pieces I selected cut into various sizes. One of the workers by back dock was really thorough about each of the sizes I needed. That was awesome. He confirmed 2 or 3 times before doing the cuts. I appreciated the confirmation. Nothing worse than making multiple trips on home projects. Things have gotten pricey since COVID. Thanks again for handling all the custom cuts I needed.”
