About The Light of Dog

The Light of Dog, in business since 2003, provides dog training and dog boarding services, sells products for dogs and sells farm-grown food products. Our business is located in Sedalia, CO, a rural location just outside of the south metro-Denver area, on 13.5 acres of land. It is founded, owned and managed by Sue Brown and Ed Soehnel, the wife-and-husband team that developed the business as a result of their passions for dogs, a mountain farm lifestyle and eating healthy. The business serves the local metro-Denver area with its services and products.

    Sue is an excellent teacher and a firm believer in positive reinforcement dog training. She keeps her group classes small, and her lessons are straightforward and down to earth. Any dog, from puppy to veteran, can improve under her direction.

    Just did puppy class and it was very helpful. Like the training areas. Much nicer then a tile floor. Worth the drive.
