“Did a quick Google search for Fromm’s dog food and Riley’s popped up with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I went here! I've never walked into a pet store and felt right at home and so well taken care of. I found my dog food and a dog olivewood treat. You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!”

“I have never visited the store before. The gals in the store were professional and friendly! Very attentive. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! ?”

When Calvin’s health declined, Kim gave us referrals that helped ultimately extend his life by two months. Kim and her team provided results and other information in a way that pet owners can digest, while keeping the health of our pets as the priority. She is honest and kind and I can’t imagine taking my future pets anywhere else. We deeply appreciate and highly recommend the level of care she and her team provided over the course of our dogs life.”
“Wow, what a nice experience to walk into a store and know right away that you are not a number but a new client who is worth taking the time to engage with AND to share all that is available. Most places stay behind the counter and ring you up and say "thanks" in a very dry manner - it's nice to be noticed and have it made known that they are happy to help with any of your needs....like really happy to do so! I just relocated up here in Castle Rock and I like it more and more!”

“Highlands Ranch vetco is a great place to take your pets. Staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I trust their advice and recommendations. Online appointment scheduling is very convenient. I think the rewards program is worth it. I save on food, litter, receive monthly rewards towards food and litter etc. PLUS vet office visits (not including tests, prescriptions etc.) are covered. This works for me.”

Called at 8:15pm, a very nice lady answered the phone and indicated she had a head cone in stock and would wait for me!

“I took my 16 week old Goldendoodle, Samson in for his first cut, and Caitlin M. was his groomer. I have to admit at first I was skeptical about taking him here, but upon meeting Caitlin, I quickly changed how I was feeling. She was super nice, knowledgable, and very professional which gave me a sense of ease and confidence in her skills. Samson turned out exactly how I wanted him to, even with him giving her a little trouble. I would definitely recommend going to her. 10/10!”
“Bought a 75 gal aquarium 30days ago….. started leaking. Magnus the manager was amazing….. swapped my tank out under warranty. Gave me the new tank to swap out first and let me bring the bad tank back after the swap.
No issue with Petco warranty and getting it done.
Magnus was so helpful and very understanding of my situation…….

“Huxley has been coming to day camp here for years and has always been treated very well!! The front desk ladies (and Trey) always greet us with a smile and excitement… obviously it’s for Huxley but feels good to know your pet is loved just as much here as he is at home with me. He started off coming here as a puppy, continues to go in as a 5 year old baby and will continue coming in. We love love love the staff here. I know Huxley loves Irina so hopefully she never leaves. We moved away for 2 years and just recently got back to the front range and it’s almost as if no time has passed. He still remembers everyone and it’s just the cutest thing that everyone remembers him and got so excited to see him back on day camp days!! Thank you guys so so much for taking care of Hux. “Extremely impressed with the dog training classes I've been attending. We have two Border Collie/Aussie mix puppies that are very high energy. Electra, our trainer, did such an amazing job with our puppies in the beginners class that we registered for the whole package that includes the intermediate and advanced classes. Extremely affordable and worth every penny due to Electra's ability to train and control the whole classroom with the wide range of breeds and sizes. I highly recommend these training courses no matter what size or breed your dog may be.”
