“I need to share the absolutely STELLAR experience I had with John’s Collision Repair over the past week and a half.First - the backstory: I lent my Land Rover disco sport to a friend for a powder chasing trip to Steamboat and, through a series of unfortunate events, a parking garage pillar jumped out and ripped the drivers side mirror off. These things happen, gotta shake it off and move forward ?So, I start the process to get a few quotes for the work around town and I meet Rob who is able to quote me for parts and labor. I explained to Rob that I was due to leave for a whitewater trip down the Grand Canyon in less than two weeks and it would really be best if I didn’t have to hang my arm out and hold a mirror the whole drive down to Arizona. Rob gets it, says they will rush order the parts and get back with me in a week. Fast forward to Tuesday this week and the parts are in, get painted, and I get scheduled for an off-schedule early morning install Thursday (day before I’m supposed to leave). Rob is calling me every day with updates. Within 30 minutes of my arrival Thursday, Joe and Rob have the mirror fitted and calibrated while I crush a K cup in the waiting room!These guys are efficient, friendly, and fair. If I could throw in a 6th star, I would. See the attached photos for mirror carnage that was repaired to like new status.”

It was tough to find parts for my xterra but he found parts from Nissan and modified some other stuff for me and made it work! Can’t wait to get more work done on Dory!
