“I just received my truck back and they did a great job! The staff is amazing. The day I dropped off, an older gentleman was giving the front office gal a really hard time about having a full tank of gas. She never lost her cool. Jamie was great at giving me updates bi-weekly even if it wasn't the news I wanted. She was great at explaining all that was happening and the hold ups. On the day I was supposed to pick up, we had an insurance hiccup. Conner went above and beyond to help figure it out and get me back in my vehicle. I would definitely use them again. Just hope I never have to.”

“The hail repair itself was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them for that. However, they couldn't match the satin black color my hood was so they asked if it could be wrapped instead. That in itself is no issue. The company they used for the vinyl wrap didn't do a very good job. They damaged my air intake bezel and the wrap has started to lift around it and it's been 8 months.”

“Can't say enough good things about Dave and Cameron. My wife and I were on a 4 week road trip in our truck and trailer when the pinion bearing started going out. I was a little north of the Denver area and called on a Friday and set up.an appointment for the following Tuesday.They got me in first thing in the morning and did a thorough job inspecting and rebuilding the rear end with all new bearings and seals and had me out the door in a few hours.I do a lot of my own auto repair work and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. Not wanting to spend an absorbent amount of money they suggested a budget suspension system that they said they have had a lot of success with. We told them to move ahead with the project and they had it done in a week. Picked up Jeep and drove for a couple weeks, did some off roading as well. Have been very pleased with the ride and handling with the new suspension. Steve knows what he is doing and does great work. Shop is impeccable! Sara was pleasant to work with, Steve could work on his people skills a little.”

“I had a blinker that was not working. I had just gone over to Big O to see if they could look at it to tell me what was wrong and they told me they charged me $150 just to look. When I got to O'Reilly's the young man behind the counter was more than happy to go out and look to see what was. Of course, it was just a burnt-out bulb he went inside got a replacement bulb for it actually ended up replacing both blinkers just in case. Only cost me a little over $8 for the bulb at O'Reilly's. Great friendly HELPFUL service.”
