“The repair quality at Feral Denver is nothing short of amazing! Needed a new (and better quality) main zipper on my favorite down sweater. My regular tailor declined; said just buy a new one because replacement/cost was too much work. Feral said no problem. I was expecting a utilitarian repair, but they did such an exceptional job you would never know it was repaired. And the larger zipper/ hardware is WAY better quality. Expect to get many more years out of this item. HIGHLY recommend these folks!”

“Slayed the fish at Chatfield with a guided day on the water with Austin Parr. Unbelievable guide with immense knowledge of what to use and how to adjust quickly to put us on a consistent bite all day! Lost count of how many fish we caught. At least 60-70+ with a mix of small mouth and walleye made it into the boat as well as the numerous hits we just missed. Austin is just a genuine good guy, and made sure we had a great time. Felt like we were fishing with an old friend. The day was full of memories made with my dad, and was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked the trip. Thank you Austin, for who you are and your willingness to share and educate others with your expertise. Thank you for your kindness, patience and unparalleled customer service. “RMSG has been my bow shop since I moved to Colorado 8 years ago and I will be with them as long as I live here. I started archery when I was 15 years old (now 31) and I felt so uncomfortable at other shops...I always felt like I was a nuisance with my questions or had to practically beg for help. It's the opposite with this shop/team/family. Their attention to detail and customer service is unparalleled. It's little things like "hey I'm struggling to sight in" or "can you show me how to fletch my own arrows" or "do I need a new bowstring"...they are always so helpful and never push anything on me, just shoot me straight (they could have sold me about $700 in extra equipment but instead they were always honest about my options). I needed a peep sight today, the gentlemen helped me with a fix to get me through the rest of the season in a sound yet quick and affordable way. You just don't know what you have in RMSG unless you've been elsewhere. I just feel comfortable when I go in there, regardless of who is behind the counter, and I'm really thankful for them. If there were more shops were like this, there would be more archers.”

“I am so lucky that this is my friendly neighborhood running shop! I've had exclusively positive experiences as a frequent customer for the past 3ish years. My go-to for shoes, packs, gels/nutrition, socks, bottles, and clothes. When buying shoes, employees here are so great at helping to find the best shoe for what I need, no matter how many I try on or how long it takes. They also have a 30 day return window for shoes, worn or not, which is ???

“My jacket had a broken zipper that couldn't be repaired due to the material it was made with so the store referred me to the customer service folks. Over the course of a couple weeks I worked with Connor to get a replacement ordered. My replacement was sent to the Denver store and after trying it on and realizing it wasn't "the one" Samantha offered to get me into something that was perfect. She was friendly and helpful and I felt super appreciative to get into an amazing new coat. Big props to Connor and Samantha, you two rock!”
