“We had a great experience at Fitness Gallery! Bret helped us out, and he was amazing—super knowledgeable, funny, and easy to talk to.
He stayed a little longer to answer our questions and showed us some great equipment options. He was also incredibly kind to our kids, which meant a lot to us.
Overall, he went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Great store and especially beginner friendly, as soon as I walked in the door Gary talked to me and helped me find everything I need, while explaining every step of the process and not up selling anything. Absolutely love everything about this place!”
“The repair quality at Feral Denver is nothing short of amazing! Needed a new (and better quality) main zipper on my favorite down sweater. My regular tailor declined; said just buy a new one because replacement/cost was too much work. Feral said no problem. I was expecting a utilitarian repair, but they did such an exceptional job you would never know it was repaired. And the larger zipper/ hardware is WAY better quality. Expect to get many more years out of this item. HIGHLY recommend these folks!”

“I have been shooting archery for since 2012. I walked in to RMS with a bow I didn't even buy from them. They took the time to set up my bow and teach me more in a day than other shops where I have actually bought bows from. I will definitely be a return customer to this shop as long as I live in the area. Oh and I will be buying my bows from this shop going forward!”
“Overall, I had a good experience but the staff was not knowledgeable when it came can to recommending shoe options that fit my needs. They acted like fish outta water..”
“An amazing place to rent gear! They have just about everything you could need for an outdoor trip at great prices. Last time I visited, they even had extras like leftover propane that people had left behind.”
“Asante was absolutely incredible. Helping three of us that day, he had his work cut out for him. I’m very particular when purchasing shoes so I really appreciated Asante’s help. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Service like this has me coming back to this store every time I need a new pair of running shoes.”

“I asked if they could rush restringing two rackets so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back across the city the next day, and they did it, no fuss! Not only that but wrapped the rackets for me too. Wonderful local shop with a fantastic selection of cute tennis outfits, shoes, and accoutrements. Will be back!”
“Amazing experience! Every single person I encountered was so friendly. Chase was awesome and answered all of my questions and really let me take my time and didn’t rush me at all. He explained everything really well and really educated me on proper boot fit. I bought the perfect first pair of boots and I’m so excited to use them this season! Chase really went above and beyond and provided excellent service. I rented skis with them as well and will definitely be back for more seasons in the future whether it’s to rent or buy gear. One of the best ski shops I’ve ever been to!”
“The team at Underwater Phantaseas is so helpful and knowledgeable! The store is clean, well organized and well stocked with all scuba equipment. They also have a pool that you can test out your equipment for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop for scuba divers. They love what they do and they are happy to share their experience. No pretenses.”

“I am so lucky that this is my friendly neighborhood running shop! I've had exclusively positive experiences as a frequent customer for the past 3ish years. My go-to for shoes, packs, gels/nutrition, socks, bottles, and clothes. When buying shoes, employees here are so great at helping to find the best shoe for what I need, no matter how many I try on or how long it takes. They also have a 30 day return window for shoes, worn or not, which is ???
If you are trying to support the running shops in your community (which I hope you are!), this place is worth a visit :)”

“I’m a first time hockey player. Monkey Sports had everything I needed at every price point (I needed everything). Eli helped me choose ALL my equipment and spent almost 2 hours with me doing so. He was so kind and I never felt rushed! Also the 3D fitting for skates is amazing- didn’t think they could fit so well and be so comfortable! Will definitely return here in the future.”

“Bob and the team at Open Road provide superior support and engagement. After purchasing a box from them last year and recently losing the key, Bob was able to fix the issue on the spot. You’re just not going to get this level of quick, personalized service anywhere else. A great, friendly small business!”
“I am so happy with the athletic wear I purchased from Festa Sports. It is so well made and they fit beautifully. There is so many fun choices. I can’t wait to go visit your store again. “Matt and the team at BikeSource are fantastic! They did such a great job with the tuneup and cassette replacement on my Pinarello road bike and Matt even tweaked the fit for me when I picked the bike up, after I mentioned possibly wanting some adjustments. The service was great all around, and super fast. It was the perfect place to go at the start of the riding season to get my bike into shape!”

“Sara was great!! She did a scan of my feet to help determine what my feet need for proper insole fitting after I was referred by my PT. She also just provided a wealth of knowledge overall on how the foot works and why different insoles will work for different purposes and I learned a lot. Thank you!”
“I would highly recommend this place. I was helped getting a running shoe that fits by being educated about my foot, type of shoes and I got to run the parking lot till I felt comfortable with the last choice of my shoes. It's worth it to buy a shoe in person in this location. Kudos!!”

“Went in Patagonia for a hat for a little guy but my friend and I ended up finding several sale items with the excellent help from Jake. He really went above and beyond, giving us some savings tips, checking on prices and putting away items that didn’t work out. Also heped with shipping home. All his hard work paid off as we ended up getting several items we most likely would not have otherwise. Great customer service.”
“I had barely even heard of the brand before coming to this store, but now it's pretty much half my wardrobe! And the bags, don't even get me started on the bags.
I really want to shout out the team there, Carter is especially knowledgable and made my experience super fun. Wish I never had to leave!”
“Zach is awesome! Could have charged me to fix my ancient Jimmy Styx SUP, but said it would be better to buy a new High Society. Same specs as my board, for around $300. He even emailed me the link. If any of my other rafts, SUPS or kayaks have problems, I will absolutely take them here. For integrity I wish I could give him 6 stars.”
