“I really love this store and appreciate the workers. I usually don’t come to stores super late but as I was in and out, I saw and heard people getting upset with an employee who was simply addressing the time they close. That’s all. I’ve worked in customer service for years and understand how frustrating it can be when customers give workers a hard time at closing. They have lives and wanna get home. Maybe they have kids they want to go home to. Maybe they have to come right back in the morning and want to get some sleep. You never know so I just wanted to leave a good review because retail workers deal with a lot and I know id want someone to have my back.”

“Love this store the employees there seem to love their job very friendly and helpful to it’s never to busy or crowded always stocked and clean. The employees will go out of their way to help you with anything. Will never go back to the river point location… unless they clean up their staff, I will recommend anyone to this location in Littleton cause it’s clean friendly have helpful employees that seem to love their job. Keep up the good work Littleton location you guys seem to be the better location to go to in a 80 mile radius. 👍🫰also the young white female with the long black hair usually works later in the day she always has a smile on her face always greets and she just seems like a happy person and I adore her! “I had such a great experience at Five Below thanks to Sherri! She truly went above and beyond to help me find something my daughter really wanted, and her kindness made all the difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to come across service like that these days—Sherri made our day! Thank you again for your patience and for going the extra mile. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I just love the Five Below location in Arvada. What a super fun store with very nice employees. I started shopping here for their great selection of LA Looks and Rimmel cosmetics, but now shop there for books, cords for my cell phone, gifts for my young school age cousins, and fun holiday items. I'm not super adept at self check out and the employees are always super nice and help me figure it out. Thank you, I really enjoy your store.”

“Super friendly staff! They're in the middle of moving stuff around after the holidays and didn't quite have what I needed, however they explained the store was really geared towards inexpensive gifts for kids. I was after kitchen utensils and things kids don't care about. ?”

“This review is for Itaka, an employee who went above and beyond to help me with a return due to an employee who incorrectly processed the transaction at another location. She went above and beyond to figure out what the issue was when the totals did not match up when she tried to process my return. Itaka then told me the best way to ensure I was properly refunded. I am so appreciative of her help. I would return to the store because of her.”
