“Alex was a 10/10 guide on my boot journey. Coming in from a painful day of skiing with a referral from a friend who used Surefoot out of Vail, I was ready to get new boots. Alex greeted me and walked me through the process. After running the imaging, Alex went to look for the proper boot, but there was none in inventory. He then tried to find me a used boot, but none were available either. To his credit, Alex refused to sell me a boot that wasn’t right for me, and instead suggested I try on another upcoming ski trip. Nothing builds trust then being a true trusted advisor like Alex was last night. I’ll refer friends to him and Surefoot for decades to come. I hope I can bring Alex a sale in the future, thanks so much for your time and expertise!”

“Popped-in on the fly and was SO pleased that I did! High quality, reasonably priced selection of assorted brand walking, hiking, running, etc shoes. Unsure of the Dansko sneakers & Keen hiking shoes I tried, I agreed to try the Hoka’s the salesperson suggested. I’m currently giving them a “trial walk” in our vacation home. If I lived here Year-round it would be my go-to shoe store!”
