“Widespread Fitness has been an awesome gym to join. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and Coach Matt is fantastic. I really appreciated the six 1:1 sessions before joining group classes. It helped me learn proper form, build confidence, and not feel overwhelmed. The small class sizes are a huge plus and make the coaching feel very personal. Highly recommend!”

“I started going to Crossfit Arvada around four years ago in order to prepare for a few Tough Mudder and Spartan races. I cannot recommend it enough! I immediately loved the change from the basic gym weightlifting routine, since crossfit challenges you with something new every single workout. Since starting here, I have been able to improve my form and weight on every olympic lift while also increasing my endurance. The coaches, starting with Kerry the owner, are very helpful, and are quite comfortable working with each athlete at that athlete's own pace and skill level, allowing for scaling of workouts at times when the athletes cannot do certain moves (for example, I cannot do double-unders or muscle-ups) and there are always alternatives presented and demonstrated by the coaches. Most importantly, I have met some of my favorite people at Crossfit Arvada at the 6:00 a.m. class, and everyone I have met that attend other classes have been very community-oriented, eager to share their workout experiences. I look forward to attending every class I go to, even if it includes burpees. Also, there are some really friendly dogs that come to some of the classes - an added bonus.”

“Our family was in Boulder on vacation and I just dropped in to CrossFit Sanitas randomly. They were incredibly welcoming and let me know all the things needed before the workout started. Dwight was so knowledgeable and Tyler was very thorough, dedicated to the class schedule, and above all else encouraging and quick to point out correct form and technique.
I would highly recommend CrossFit Sanitas to anyone!”

“RUF No Excuses Challenge with Coach Roy Ulrich - I've participated in several challenges but none since I became handicapped. I saw this one on Facebook and decided to try.
It's been not quite 3 weeks since I joined. Coach Roy does updates on Mondays and Fridays I believe covering different subjects to help us with health
The Nutrition and now the workout update has been very helpful to learn how to meet weight loss goals.
Coach Roy had us find a few accountability buddies to help along our journey. The whole community is very helpful as well
I can't afford the paid RUF app so free alternatives were suggested.
I'm going to invite my best friend to the next challenge
I started at 184lbs
Now at 175.6lbs
My digestive issues are disappearing and sleep is improving”
“Coach Joe is phenomenal - and the workout itself was energizing, challenging and all around really fun. 11/10 recommend coming here. No matter what your level of fitness is you’ll be able to feel strong and make progress!”
“Congratulations to CrossFit Roots on 17 years!
I've been a member for over three years now, and it has genuinely changed my life. The persistent back and knee pain I dealt with for years is virtually gone, and I'm stronger than I've ever been.
I still remember my first day walking into Roots. I was incredibly intimidated, and many of the movements seemed impossible. But with great coaching, patience, and consistency, I've learned, developed, and accomplished things I never thought I could.
Most importantly, this gym is truly for everyone. Every age, every fitness level, and every body type. The coaches meet you where you are and help you become a better version of yourself.
I'm incredibly grateful to be part of this community.
Congratulations on 17 years, and thank you for the positive impact you've had on my life.”

“I love love love this pilates studio. The instructors, music, vibe, class variety (cardio, pilates, and combo!) are all wonderful! I look forward to these classes every time. The studio is always clean, they have a shower and towels and snacks/drinks for purchase. They've really thought of everything for creating an amazing space forMy one issue is the stringent policies and archaic way of booking/lack of rollover and limited flexibility around it makes it really difficult to understand how many classes you've paid for and when you can book out (I think it is 2 weeks out), to the point that I've dropped my membership due to work travel and inability to come as consistently. I say archaic because you dont have access to see on the Mecha Studio app what classes you have leftover, but need to use the mindbody app instead. The mindbody app isn't great (and this isn't mechas fault!) but needing to use two apps to be on top of rollover is another step and leads to confusion and frustration when, at the end of june, you're sitting on classes you paid for but aren't able to use. They roll over classes up until June and then again December, which is definitely more than some of the other local studios. Anything you still have left you aren't able to use up (aka, lose it) What is bothersome is are not able to see this on the mecha app, but instead need to go into the mind body app to have an idea of whats still available. You aren't able to freeze your membership and use the classes either, so the policy is strict, and there doesn't seem to be any wiggle room at all. The staff have communicated that this is manual, which I can imagine is quite frustrating for them. If that is the case, is it possible to make exceptions or send out comms around this in the future (Friendly reminder to check Mindbody for any classes as any unused will not roll over as of June 30?) For it to be manual for the staff and for the guests, perhaps considering an email reminder to everyone about this.I would love for the studio to reconsider this policy for continual rollover, or update your own app so that this is more transparent and you can book and see availability in one spot and you do not need to go back and forth with someone via email.”

Boulder CrossFit is the perfect gym for athletes of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels and provides an extraordinary amount of expertise and support whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned CrossFit veteran. I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else!”
“Visiting from out of town and did a one day guest pass for $30. Great clean facilities with plenty of equipment. Staff was really friendly. Could definitely see myself joining if I lived in Boulder.”

“Best Lagree classes in Denver! Hardest classes but such a great community of women! I go twice a week now after I broke my foot in January and needed two surgeries. I’ve never seen a quicker change in my physique and strength. So grateful for these instructors !!!!!”

“Training at Alpine Training Center has been a game-changer for me. The environment is incredibly supportive and accepting—no ego, just a community of people working hard and cheering each other on. Since starting personal training here, I’ve summited five mountains, including my most recent peak at over 20,000 feet—and I’m over 50!
The programming is smart, challenging, and tailored to help you build real strength for real goals. Whether you're training for the mountains or just want to be stronger and more capable in everyday life, ATC delivers.
I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a gym—it’s a community that pushes you to become your strongest self, inside and out.”
“Fantastic service! From the staff seeing us open our car door to help grab party supplies, to the easy check in process to get a wristband, and finishing with the engaging games/activities, Finn was absolutely great — friendly, professional, and especially wonderful with the kids. Finn went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend booking your birthday party here!”

“I'm still fairly new to Boulder, and I tried multiple gyms to find the best fit. I felt right at home at Boulder Athletics. People were so welcoming and friendly, it was easy to want to return. The coaches are kind and knowledgable. I had some health issues and there was a period of time when I couldn't attend classes. Kelsi was so compassionate and willing to work with me so I could use my classes once I was ready to return. I'm beyond grateful. It is such a welcoming community and I'm excited to jump back in. Thank you Kelsi and Park for being great people as well as great business owners.”
“Affordable, friendly, comfortable gym with ALL the equipment and no creeps :) Plus a cute corgi mascot who greets me for (almost) every workout.
I've been working out here for ~7 years and greatly benefitted from the bodywork and personal training offered. I've learned so much; I started as a shy and nervous person who hadn't lifted weights since high school. Now I feel comfortable going into any gym and knowing exactly what to do.”
“I moved to Colorado 4 months ago and had always wanted to give CrossFit a try. I was very lucky to find Sup Town CrossFit, which has a great balance of a fun, welcoming atmosphere and high-tempo, high-quality training.
Nick is a brilliant coach who does an excellent job of managing group workouts while still giving individually tailored advice on lifts and areas that need improvement. That balance of encouragement and attention to form leads to consistent progress over time!
The workouts are carefully planned and strike a great balance between resistance training and cardiovascular fitness. The ability to scale workouts also means the classes cater to everyone, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who is new to the area or simply wants to give CrossFit a try and isn’t sure where to start”
