“Just got my new board out today and it's night and day compared to my old board. So stable, awesome grip for yoga, and when I called with a question on how to use the plug in inflatable pump, the owner Johnny picked up and took my call. Awesome service! Can't wait for many years on this SUP!”

“It's a nice shop. They charge full retail. Bought Skis at full retail. They mounted free of charge. Good thing. They did zero detuning or inspection and tune of the ski. They were edge high out of the package. Called and asked about detuning/tuning to fix. Person who answered phone had no idea and said not included..."we just mount no tunes." Paid $50 in Montrose to get appropriate base edge bevel. Again a nice store with great selection on inventory. Doesn't seem to be a real "ski shop." Still will shop there maybe not buy skis again.”

“We had a wonderful stay in a townhome in the See Forever Village while some of our group stayed in the hotel. We used the Peaks Resort & Spa everyday. We ate in the restaurant, coffee shop, used the spa and generally enjoyed the hotel. I had especially AMAZING service when I left some valuable jewelry in our townhome rental. I realized my mistake after I arrived home in Chicago. I called the front desk - spoke with Kira Knapp who was able to locate my jewelry because of the wonderful honest work of Maria Mendez, housekeeping and the Director of the Front Desk, Evelyn Ortiz. Maria had turned in my jewelry and Evelyn had locked it in the hotel safe for safekeeping. Within 30 minutes Kira got back to me and was able to ship my items back to me. The courtesy and prompt response I received made me so happy. There are good people in the world and many of them work at The Peaks Resort and Spa. Thank you so very much for your excellent and honest service. Five Stars+++ to you!”

“This is our fourth year skiing Telluride, and the first time renting skis from Telluride Sports (though we’ve bought stuff from the Franz Klammer location). They were GREAT! First two days we got Performance skis, and Benjamin took care of us. He asked lots of questions about our skiing before selecting and setting them up just right for the conditions. We took a day off, then reserved Demo skis for the next two days. Carrie and Julianna greeted us warmly, and helped us select the right skis for the changing snow - temps have been in the 40’s, no new snow has fallen, and it’s “crunchy” everywhere with some ice…not like the east coast, but definitely harder than I’ve seen here. They were awesome, patient with our questions, and weren’t afraid to ask the more experienced coworkers when they weren’t sure how to answer or what to recommend. Great service from everyone we met at the Gondola location!!”
