They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable!
