“Someone had gained access to my online banking. I went into this branch to change my accounts and Brisa helped me. She immediately began closing out my accounts and opening up new ones made the experience quick and easy. She was professional and knowledgeable.”
“I've been with them for 28 yrs. NEVER had a problem that they couldn't address immediately. Maybe the 1 star review had to do with credit rating or age...Hmmm. I've seen many employees retire or move on. I may miss Cherry and "Bride" and others but all the recent employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. Thanks to their HELOC that only took a few days., we have moved 15 miles away to a new home (finally moving out of our old house of 28 yrs), and have NO intention of changing branches, let alone rival banks. Do you see a pattern? Customers for ever! However, we do miss the drive-thru from there old location that was only 1 mile away. No biggy.”

“I have been a member of TCF Bank since 2011 so there doing something right ... actually a lot of things right ....
I originally signed up with TCF bank when they use to go out to local business and set up booths - talking with customers as they left the store they were shopping at ...and I lived in Aurora at the time. I still remember the gentleman who helped me’s name.. I believe it was Kale.. anyways he let me know that TCF had a great promo for signing up. He pointed out some of the advantages of joining TCF bank ..and he kept it really clear, factual, to the point. I appreciated that...
After moving back to the Thornton area in 2013.. I started going to this location.. There was a banker named Gloria that I absolutely adored .. she was always so friendly .. so naturally kind and happy to see you.. and you knew her integrity alone would combat any mistakes from happening ... you could tell that Gloria looked forward to seeing each and every person who walked through those doors...and it was contagious because I looked forward to seeing her too.. Katie who is currently there is also a banker of integrity .. and is always so sweet and pleasant to guest.. yet she is capable to resolve conflicts with fact and resolution.. and if you let her .. she’ll put a smile on your face each and every time...
I feel bad not being able to name the other staff members but they are all so wonderful..
One last thing that is noteworthy about TCF is that although they are not based in Colorado. You almost wouldn’t be able to tell.. they get involved in local events and contribute to our communities..being a part of Broomfield Days, amongst other local events ... When I worked near this location and the company I was working for had us go out and try and sign people up for memberships ... TCF allowed me to speak with customers on their property ..once the customer was done with their banking and as long as I had schedule a slot of time...that was very nice of them to let me do that .. not many places would...
All in all.. this is a great bank , a wonderful staff you look forward to seeing.. and I plan to continue with them for as long as i can. ;) thank you guys..”

Grace was a teller recommended for me to apply for the credit card that would benefit me in my situation. I really appreciated her service and time. Later I realized she was a manager running around carrying so many duties in the bank. Grace is very intelligent, fast worker took her job very serious, care about the customers. She is a great asset to Wells Fargo. Today I get the help from her again. Love to go to the bank and see her smiling face.”

I was having a rough week so my head was all over the place and I kept making mistake after mistake but Smith was very patient with me and very helpful. He explained everything very well and step by step. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything!
