“I'm not sure where these people with the bad reviews are going. I've been going to this branch for 7 years now and haven't had any issues. They don't do anything outside of what any other branch does really. They helped me open a money market account when I was handed an estate and had no idea what to do. They've also helped me with a personal loan to build my credit with no issue there as well. I can say that at times they are short handed but that's not their fault. Further more I've been with bank of the west for approaching 15 years now and just generally had good experiences. For all the people trying to get change and cash checks, usually banks won't give you change unless you have an account, nothing to do with this branch, nothing to do with the company itself. I've seen that at 3+ banks over the years as I've had to get change for various jobs I've worked. As far as cashing checks, usually you have to have an account as well incase the check bounces, that's just the way things are, don't hate the player, hate the game. Don't let these reviews turn you off of this branch. If you're a normal person with a little patience and not a terrorist customer expecting 5 star service right here and now then you'll likely have a good experience.”
