For example, I needed 16 fifteen-foot mini display port to HDMI cables for a job the next day. I was able to pick them up within an hour of calling. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They've always had what I needed, or had a work-around that got the job done.”

Friendly service, but the sales/repair guys couldn't answer some specific questions about it because it's processed by other staff at a warehouse, so just be aware of that. They threw in a wifi adapter when we took it home and it didn't connect. PC has worked well since was happy to support local and smaller business.”

“I enjoy rebuilding and upgrading computers. I had a number of parts left over from previous builds. I did a web search for a local vendor or individual that had for a Dell OptiPlex 7010. There were several available, including Sum computers. My preference is to work with someone that will warranty what you're buying. Sum rose to the top of the picks. They guaranteed what I was buying, such as the power supply and motherboard. I called Sum and spoke with Moin, who is the owner. I verified he still had the $80 dollar bare bones case available and I went to inspect my find. The pc case was in great shape and the Dell had a new home. About an hour later, with the addition of of an 1 tb ssd and 16 gb of ddr3 ram, I had a like new computer running like a champ. Sum staff and owner were extremely helpful, knew their stuff, offered advice, warranted their product, and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough!Paul M.”

“I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”
