“I read the reviews before coming here and I have NO idea what everyone else was talking about. This store is outstanding. I was there at around 6:30pm on Friday night, and it was incredibly busy, but Avi found us right away and made sure we were taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly, helped me weigh my options of which MacBook model I wanted (I knew, but I wanted to hear his opinion too!) and was super patient with us when my UniDays was giving me trouble. He was kind, pleasant, funny and knowledgeable and really made my first Apple Store experience a great one. Great job, Avi and team. I look forward to shopping here again.”

“I recommend purchasing a laptop from PC City because the after purchase help is always available. I have had three laptops from PC City, one I donated to a school. The oldest one is 12 years old and is still working well. If I have a problem, I go to the store and have PC City trouble shoot and tell me what is needed. You can also have the laptop scrubbed or cleaned for a reasonable price. I do not have to worry about buying from a seller who does not give follow up service and forgets about customer service.Ron and Linda Beck”
