“I went into this branch on a very limited timeframe. I connected with Matthew Masterson. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He went the extra mile, he went above and beyond and had amazing customer service, when I first talked to him I have to be honest I didn’t have much hope (not for any other reason aside from this is corporate, and most people these days don’t go the extra mile). I was pleasantly surprised that he took the information, and followed up the next day, and helped me to try and rectify the situation. He didn’t have to do all that but he did, and I wasn’t very pleasant and I apologize Matthew! Thank you for being a man of your word, and really being about customer service, and helping me when you could’ve just said a timeline is a timeline and kept it moving.
