Your so called manager you had working on 10/25 at 1:30 pm and also your cashiers are the rudest employees you could possibly have working for ANY business. Your manager should be fired immediately as i witnessed them taking very poorly about customers!

Return policy is a joke! Can’t even do exchanges without a receipt. Their return policy is written on the smallest little note possible, on purpose. Manager is useless. Will not be shopping at anything associated with Forever21

girl with light brownish and curly hair was very disrespectful and when it came to paying she was impatient and was talking on the phone and overall very poorly interaction and will never be shopping there again.
