“This location has definitely seen much improvement after new management has taken over in the past couple years. Of course, every location has its ups and downs and this one definitely has seen it. Store number 1231 is one of those locations. They definitely have good days and bad days, just like any other super centers. A lot of us fail to remind ourselves, we are human and we can only do so much as well. And they (the ones who work at this location as well at any super center, and any retail setting) is pressure to meet numbers by upper management. When you are running on a skeleton crew, especially during the holiday season, a lot of them have to do extra work without the extra pay to keep product on the shelves for you and I to buy. And many times, yes, those shelves could be bare due to staffing and/or a supply issue. And with that being said, this particular location has done amazing with what crew they have coming out of a pandemic into a holiday season. The associates will have bad days, and they are trying. If they don't know the answer right away, don't get mad at them, they cannot memorize an entire store (it's literally impossible) and give them time while they research the information for you.”

“Perfectly good Safeway store near me, no worries I've had for a long while. It's located near a light rail station for easy access, though it's crowded on Sundays, so I suggest you shop elsewhere. Also, the food isn't good for babies, remember to get your babies cheddar goldfish instead of meals with peas in them.”
