I say work with because I believe this is a key difference between Mr Auto and other used car dealerships at this level. They have the mechanics and the know how to inspect these cars and make sure they are in good shape for the mileage and repair items that need attention. We ended up purchasing a Honda Pilot for our daughter and were very happy with the process. Dawn was great to work with and the owners were onsite and very helpful as well. Will defenitely recommend them to family and friends, and will come back if in need of a quality used vehicle.”
“I contacted Stitchmasters by email about the possibility of them repairing a padded strap for my golf bag. They got back to me quickly and recommended just building a new one vs trying to disassemble and rebuild the old one.
I dropped the damaged strap off as an example and had a brief discussion about materials. The new strap was ready quickly and was priced fairly (IMO) for the quality and speed of the work. The new strap was the perfect dimensions and was nearly indistinguishable from the original.
These folks did great work on my small job but I would not hesitate to trust them with bigger and more detailed projects. Their willingness to have a conversation and learn more about the project was invaluable. Highly recommend.”

“Staff are always friendly— I really love it when they help check you out as I’m usually too short to reach the screen. The staff at this location also always seem to be the happiest compared to other breezethru’s that I’ve been to. Moreover, the location is always clean and I’ve never had any issues with the vacuums. This location also has a mat cleaner, which is an added bonus.”
“Nice facilities and wash bays. The touch free wash is nice, as I can take my work truck through, and nothing gets caught on the topper rack. The undercarriage spray works well for cleaning off the mud and salt, too.”
“It cleans well enough, but the drying portion leaves an awful lot to be desired, especially compared to other options in Loveland and Fort Collins. We use this wash because of convenience, but you really have to hand-dry it because the track spits you out before it even dries the back half of the car. Only reason we do single washes rather than a membership.”

“Just got my 2020 RAM detailed. Mainly wanted the interior done. Had stubborn pet hair that shop vacs could not get out. He was able to knock it out in a couple hours and the inside looks just as good, if not better than when I bought the truck brand new. I highly recommend booking here if you are shopping around to get you car detailed! Prices are reasonable as well!”

“I trust and will always go to a touch free automatic but Autowash exceeds all the others. I bought a jeep in 2018 and really only went through the other auto washes with the”soft touch” and kept up on waxing and all the fancy stuff and still ended up with webbing this time around I’m only going through Autowash. 24/7 service is a major plus. Only downside is some of the hand dryers(I go through the manual only to use the hand drher) and the one in jfk is weak the others in town are really powerful but jfks for some reason isn’t. One til is if you are a die hard touchless freak like me don’t let the hose from the hand dryers drag on your car it will scratch it. It’s not easy but it can be done. Thanks guys for being in buisness!!!! And get the damn membership it pays for itself in more ways than one”
