“I love coming here! We have been doing laundry here regularly and they are always super friendly in the store. Had some food from the restaurant today and we will definitely be coming back early so we can have lunch again! My husband's burger was juicy and delicious. The club sandwich was very fresh and gigantic. Onion rings were quite tasty, but the fries were out of this world! Think McDonald's but hand cut and seasoned perfectly! Great experience all around. 10/10”

“This review is for The Sub Shop inside the Whistle Stop, not the convenience store itself (the Whistle Stop wouldn't get more than 2 Stars): Our expectations for the Sub Shop were low, since the Subway that used to be here had closed and the place isn't much to look at (sandwich shop inside a rundown gas station and convenience store). But the sandwiches were surprisingly good. The setup is still exactly the same as a Subway, except with different (better) sandwich choices, slightly higher prices, and larger meat/ingredient quantities. And the employees were very friendly and efficient. Lots of locals were coming in the day we were there, which is usually a good sign. Highly recommended as an alternative to the two fast food places across the street.”

“My daughter sprained had a sprained ankle, so I asked for a plastic shopping bag to put ice in, and the woman working, when she knew what it was for, offered a large zip top bag instead. She knew our needs before we did. Intuitive, gracious hospitality is my favorite kind of customer service.”

“Over the last three years, I have felt like our little store down here is really letting their customers down. People are grouchy and they are confused, And I'm talking about the people who work there.Not the customers, Although most of us have gotten to that point.My husband and I stopped in there today,New faces and I seen mister ringo there.The store was stocked, There was no cases in the isles, I was super impressed with the friendliness of the cashier. Of course it was good to see lujak and heather. I hope this is a start of a turn around for this store. We Miss the old Ringgoes. The Ringgoes before the pandemic.”
