“Went to store asking changing service from my cuant service to Cricket She took time to explain what I needed to do .I later returned and informed her that my current provider fixed my phone so I stayed with him for now when I told Cricket that I was staying with my old provider the women said she understood and helped me with a problem I was having with my tablet for nothing her name was Brandy”
