“Above and beyond customer service--thank you Kyler and Oscar for helping me to get back on the road! I've always had good experience at local Ace Hardware stores and this is the kind of care and service that you just can't get from one of the big box stores. Vail is lucky to have you.”

“To whom it may concern… Y’all over water your plants in the Garden Center. Causing most of them to carry diseases regularly. Specifically fungal diseases that easily transfer from plant to plant. Check the soil before you buy, often you can see fungal diseases already growing as well as brown spot on the leaves. More often than not I’m purchasing already sick plants. Just something to keep in mind! Hopefully y’all have some sort of program in place for folks that can’t cure the sick plants- to bring in the dead ones & replace them? Or refund them? Those $50-$100 plants are not cheap…”

“I'm going with four stars because it's a huge Home Depot up in the mountains where we're lucky to have it. The selection and inventory is pretty good even during the winter season. However, there's also a big annoyance of mine with this location. The Verizon cell coverage in the area is horrible, to the point that I often can't even make a phone call from their parking lot. Additionally, Home Depot hasn't deployed wifi hotspots out to the parking lot. Why is this relevant? Well, because it means curbside pickup is useless if you're a Verizon customer because with no cell+data and no wifi, there's no way to use the app, or phone, to let the store know you're there when you pull into a curbside pickup spot. No one from the store watches the spots, so sitting there for a while won't help you.”
