“I loved my stay here! I came here for a ski trip, the rental place within the hotel with rental storage was great, and the hot tub/pool/outdoor firepit area was lovely. The restaurant within the hotel was also super yummy and convenient. The room was clean, the lobby was very nice to hang out in. The highlight of this hotel is the shuttle service this hotel offers. Being able to get to multiple places on Vail mountain directly from the hotel (rarely having to wait more than 10 minutes) was truly a lifesaver! Overall, this hotel made my ski trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!”

“We absolutely love this hotel! We stay each year for a ski week, and it’s always a great experience! The location, Makoto (Sushi Restaurant), the private chair lift, the ski valet are all amazing! But what really makes this property top notch is its people! Special thanks to Kelly and Team in the ski valet, Ellen at the front desk (always so helpful), and Diego in the kitchen making the best omelettes!”

“The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind to us. They went above and beyond to help us, and I am so thankful for them. The room was very clean, and the bed and couch were comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and kept things very clean. We had car troubles, and the bus service was awesome for getting around while our car was getting fixed.”

“The rooms are just a little bit small. But if you can snag a Junior Suite, those are much better. The balcony of our room looked over the pool and the street where it was easy to enjoy the 4th of July celebrations. The staff are all very friendly and fun to speak with. A couple things to know. Parking is below the building and is not very large SUV/Truck friendly. Their included breakfast is not so awesome. Basically little pastries and some yogurt. So if you want a better breakfast, take a short walk. One of the desk attendants bakes cookies periodically, so be sure to not miss them. I am already planning a return trip next year.”

“I had a wonderful day at the Sonnenalp Spa at the end of a ski trip. The spa is beautiful and the staff are very kind and professional. The pedicure and body treatment I selected were top notch. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and showers, along with a cozy fireplace. Very relaxing”

“The hotel is in a super cute area near everything in vail! The staff from the parking to the front desk are all so amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming from the second we walked in! My daughter also had a small accident and they gave her a nice ice pack for her boo boo!The price here is fair and near everything it also includes breakfast. My husband loves working out and he said it's by far top 2 in his book for beautiful hotel gyms.It's like a fairy tale up here definitely must see.The rooms are a little old but they are well kept and clean! They remind me of a cabin feel.”
“We stayed at the Lodge at Vail for three nights and skied for two days, and overall we had a fantastic experience. The service was truly outstanding and easily the best part of our stay. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to ski valet to transportation, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was easy and enjoyable. The level of service here was noticeably better than what we have experienced at other comparable ski hotels.
The location is unbeatable and made getting on and off the mountain effortless. The ski valet was excellent and very convenient. We also really appreciated the complimentary rides around town in the Toyota Sequoias, which were comfortable and made getting around Vail simple and stress-free.
The pool area was great and a nice place to relax after skiing. Our room was comfortable, though it is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. That said, it did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
Overall, we absolutely loved the Lodge at Vail and would happily stay here again. The incredible service, amazing location, and thoughtful amenities more than make up for the slightly dated rooms. Highly recommended, especially if you value truly exceptional hospitality.”

“The Antlers is a hide-gem in Lionshead. Room was newly renovated. Great location — short walk to Lionshead Gondola. Service was above and beyond. I left my wallet at the hotel and they brought it to me at the Eagle airport so
I could make my flight. Thank you Jeff!”
