The entire staff was extremely helpful aside from the older bald gentleman. Was extremely rude to first time skiers that barely spoke English. 5 stars because the other staff were great. I would rather get hit by a truck than speak to the bald man ever again.

John and Sean helped us tremendously when we had a quick accident and had to return the bike. Good instruction and really good help.
