“My chick lost her heel insert and they were super helpful here. They took the bottom of the boot out and glued it down so that it would never fall out again and only charged her $10 total for 2 inserts and labor. She said the guy was super helpful and cool as well, couldn’t recommend enough!”

“Fantastic experiences at this place. My first year skiing and I'll keep coming back here to rent. First, this place is very convenient to all the group lessons meet spot at Lionshead by the gondola. But the best thing about this shop is the caring and knowledgeable staff who bent backwards to meet my needs this year to have the best time on the mountain.
Staff works their hearts out with tons of people every day but by Kiara's demeanor I felt from the start like the most important guest on the mountain and she fit my boot like a glove. As a first timer, I had no idea what to ask for and from the boot fit to a special ski length I learned I required after consulting with Dylan - my beginners lesson were a success!
But hey after the first day on the mountain, I have an issue with my right foot and the boot adjustments would not help. After relentlessly trying at least half dozen brands, never mind, here comes Steven and solves the problem big time with a comfort boot in my large size that made my season (thanks man) as I was able to progress with no pain before I buy my own custom boots gas realistically is the only other solution given the extent of my foot problemh and that rentals anywhere are just standard fit items.
The second time I came back to the mountain I requested the same gear to continue my progressing where I left it off and with Steven remembering my for problem, he finds this boot elsewhere and Tadeo ran to another shop to bring me the same boot in minutes, while Dylan had my exact same ski ready! And then so I don't be late to my lessons Dillon quickly resolved my payment issues at the checkout as cherry on top.
From my experiences here, you'll be hard pressed to find a place that will give the maximum love and caring you'll receive from all the great staff at this place! Also, don't forget how hard the staff works here with the volume of daily traffic and show them some love back - if you cannot afford tips they deserve, at least try to reciprocate half the kindness you receive from them: it goes a long way! Yes, I was indeed agitated as I felt it was not a proper situation to place a customer in.... ie: toys known to have a propensity for such a failure were out for display/handling - and the concept of signage for such didn't feel like fair approach for a customer. Again, I appreciate that you responded and I have updated the review (would be a 5 star if I heard the toys were removed!).Best to you,DanielThe large, crowded store is packed with toys of all types (good!); however, my youngest child (age 6) picked up a "squishy toy" and the toy immediately gushed out some type of oozy-squish-goop within it. My son walked over to me and showed me the resulting mess all over the toy and his hands. I went to the cashier desk to show the store employee the situation and she promptly notified me, "there are signs all over the store about the squishy toys", and indicated that I was liable to pay for the toy, even as it was obviously defective. The employee pointed to a small sign indicating such that was hidden behind other toys at the front desk. The point of this comment is: the store should NEVER be displaying/selling a toy the has the propensity to be defective, and furthermore, who knows what the ingredients of that gooey substance really are? Are they potentially toxic?! Perhaps I should buy one, have it analyzed at a lab and pursue a path of recourse for exposing my child to a potentially toxic substance? To the Owners of this establishment: Please remove this toy and any such other toys that risk failure and/or potential toxicity to children.
