It was a stressful situation and they took all of the worry out of it. Every employee we talked to was helpful, kind, and professional. They sent out a driver quickly to get the car. Jack, the tow operator, was able to find and get to the car without any problems. He checked the car for damages and made sure it was still safe to drive. “Recently had my car towed through a AAA request, and Towing got us quick and towed us to the WV Shell. I had concerns about my car getting back to Denver and a chaotic experience with the dealership in Denver; however, Chris at West Vail Shell went above and beyond to help figure out the issues! It took 4 days to get the issue resolved (as the dealership messed up) and Chris was helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Although I hope I am not needing a tow anytime soon, I would definitely use these guys time after time. Thanks again for all the help!”

“Bathroom was exceptionally clean. They have a self checkout option which worked wonderfully, and the cashier lady was super nice! I found a good variety of snacks and drinks and the prices were actually reasonable compared to some of the other places here in Vail.”
