They have helped me through a breast cancer battle providing me with dry ice for my Penguin cap to try to keep my hair. There was a time that I couldn't find a place that had dry ice and I paniked. I have received such a discount and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend in general this business for your needs. Because the customer service, atmosphere and friendliness says it all. “We had an issue with our toilet and needed to buy a new one. We had help from Mark, he helped us get it loaded on a cart. We got home and opened it. There was NO hardware, there was a toilet that had already had a seat installed, wax residue where the ring goes and no screws or bolts. No wax ring...what??? We went back to the store. Mark and the manager in duty Nicole opened another box. It was so different from what we found. They checked the entire box, made sure we had all the parts that were missing from the original one we purchased. Thankfully, when talking to them both we also realized the tank cover was not in our box. Nicole was very kind even though I was very stressed and made sure we had everything we needed. This was great customer service and I really appreciate how her and Mark both stepped up to make sure we had what we needed.
If you are returning something, for God sakes let the store know what it is missing!

“Most of the employees are not very helpful, The store is constantly a mess (chunks of stuff all over). You can tell it doesn't get swept very often, They should either designate someone to do it or have the people clean their area better but that comes down to management. As always home depot beats out Lowe's when it comes to price almost every time. They also pay their employees far better than Lowe's. Regular everyday employees make $18 an hour and up. Lowe's pays their managers $16 an hour. Just keep that in mind when you're shopping.”

“I have been shopping here for half a decade it is my favorite store!
Recently I've had the privilege of working with the store manager Claricia.
She went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I had trouble with one of the jacks that I bought and she took amazing care to make sure that i was satisfied. I know that according to the rules she did not have to help me but she went the extra mile. During the same visit I was buying dog food and she alerted me that if I bought one more bag I could save $50.
She is the reason that I go to Bomgaars this is the way that you should treat customers and I for one will not forget it. My loyalty is secured!
