“I had been thinking about buying an E Bike for about a year and didn't really trust what people were saying on line. I decided to test ride some bikes and talk to the shop guys. I had road tested the RAD at one shop and then serendipitously walk into E Bike USA. These guys are some of the best salesmen I have encountered. They let me test ride any bike I wanted. I rode about five bikes and was explained the difference between mid-Drive and wheel drive. I rode the Dost and was convinced that this was the bike. It was about a grand more then the lesser bikes but what a difference it made! I didn't want to post immediately so I am now after 350 miles on my Dost. This bike has literally changed my life. I ride it almost everyday to places I would never go to before in Denver. I google parks, paths, rivers, lakes and figure well I have enough battery! Why not! The torque on this bike is Killer! You can go 25-30 miles an hour and hardly be pedaling. The range is outstanding . I am so happy with my purchase and the extra accessories that EBike USA threw in for free! If you are thinking about buying an E bike go to USA!!!”

“Absolutely incredible bike fitting experience; Charles can talk about the body as astutely as he can talk about bikes. For context I am attempting the full iron man. I left his fitting not only knowing more about my body and its tendencies on and off the bike, but I was given AAA knowledge on what types of bikes would work best for me. After I came back with my bike, Charles transformed what would normally be a mid range daily driver capable of doing 112 miles in the Iron Man, into a machine that I feel that I myself will be able to accomplish the full 112 miles on. After my fitting, James took the time to go over features of my bike I would have never discovered otherwise as well as impeccable tips on how to maintain the bike and keep it in tip top shape. He dialed in my bike in a way that allowed me to feel like I was perfectly at home on my bike. I couldn't imagine attempting the Iron Man without this. When the time comes to fit myself for a mountain bike, I won't even consider any other shop in town. An absolutely flawless experience that exceeded all expectations I had.”

“Love everything about this company! Excellent product, such a joy to ride (I have the Penalosa). Clearly substantial, well-constructed and well-designed. Locally-woman-owned, homegrown vision of a more sustainable transportation future, it feels good to support this ethically-minded company. There was real soul in our transaction, which makes me feel good about going with a quality (rather than budget) bike. My only disappointment is that I didn't order two! Having a bike like this makes it easier to consider a future where maybe I'm not driving my car quite so much. I'm not there, yet, but I can more easily imagine making some changes, now that I'm rocking this great bike! Definitely get the high-security locks, though-- a necessity in Denver's current climate. One of my best 2023 purchases, by far!”

“I had a great experience here today. I came in just looking for a couple of chains, one 9-speed, and one singlespeed. The worker who was here wasn’t sure where the singlespeed chains were, so he called the manager and found one. The 9-speed chains were easy to find, so no problems there.I was nervous coming in for parts because I wasn’t sure if they only serviced triathlon bikes, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of tools and parts available for purchase. I will be back in the future, it’s a great shop!”
