“Jacob goes above and beyond to help customers at this location. I picked up a rental last week and it had some minor AC issues. I called Jacob and he insisted I come in to swap out vehicles, even though it was right at closing time. He made the entire process easy and is incredibly friendly to work with.”
“Just got back from an amazing 8 day adventure thru southern Utah. Renting from Native Camper Vans was such a great experience. The camper was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the sleeping bags were oh so cozy. We loved t he convenience of having a vehicle that could park in most any parking spot. The Van ran like a dream and averaged 20 mpg which was really a nice surprise. Would I rent from this company again? Absolutely”
“Thank you SVE Autobody Specialists. They made my car look better than before accident! Great job! They listened and helped me with insurance situations. Thanks!”
“I had a rough experience with Avis of recent, but they were able to turn it around. I didn't catch the gentleman's name at the location, but the story goes: I booked a reservation for 6PM pick up one night for a length of a few days. I called and got the call center and they told me that unfortunately the location is closed, and I was told that I could simply pick the car up tomorrow. I go in the next day first thing, and the gentleman told me that he had no cars, and the reservation was cancelled since I didn't pick it up for the reserved time. I explained that I couldn't since you all were closed, and I had called to confirm that I could pick it up today. He said that he was there until 6:35PM so pick up was possible; however, I couldn't know that since the call center answered the call and informed me next day pick up was fine. This. I was nevertheless frustrated. However, he turned it around by getting me a car quickly and all while doing so during a busy morning and he was the only worker. I respect his efforts and earnestness to help, so I'd say a 5/5 for overcoming a challenge. Thank you again!”
“This was our third time renting with Escape, our Mesa van “Into the Wild” (who we nicknamed Supertramp, iykyk) was perfect, no issues at all. Upon returning we learned that the company was liquidating and we were one of the last renters, I am incredibly sad to hear this as we have really enjoyed our experiences over the years. Thank you all for your hardwork and dedication, and for allowing people to travel and see this country, safely and comfortably.”
“Customer service was over the top!! Shout out to Salem and the other reps at the Lakewood, CO location. They were soooo accommodating and helpful. Enterprise redeemed a previously horrible experience with a competitor just down the road and helped make our visit in Lakewood a success. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I will never use another car rental agency again. Thank you Enterprise!!”

“We had an amazing experience renting from Budget in Lakewood on Colfax Road! From check-in to drop-off, everything was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Omar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He offered us an upgrade to a Lincoln Navigator for just a few extra dollars, and it was absolutely worth it. It was hands down the nicest rental vehicle I’ve ever driven, and it made our trip even better. The customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this location, and if you have the chance to work with Omar, consider yourself lucky. We’ll definitely be renting from here again!”

“After.a frustrating time on the phone with both customer service and roadside assistance. They didn’t know the real policy of being able to go to Firestone or other pre-approved establishments if you need an oil change. I went to the NORTHGLENN Avis location where a knowledgeable and very pleasant staff turned my experience around. Elizabeth McCormack was fantastic in setting up an oil change at the local Firestone and even giving me a contact name at that Firestone that I could talk to directly. Thank you, Elizabeth!”
“I had a great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Ellen Guinane. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. She helped switch me from a car I had been using for a week that was very uncomfortable into something much more comfortable, even though it was difficult to arrange. I really appreciate her effort and excellent customer service.”
“I don't understand why this site has 2.9 stars on google. It should be 5 stars all around. The staff were fantastic. Customer service is the reason I've been a customer for >10 years and the reason I keep coming back. This site definitely sets a high bar for the rest of the Enterprise locations :)”
