The cars arrived exactly when they told us they would. This was the smoothest part of my cross country move. I would definitely use them again!”

“Terrible customer service reps. Took 48 hrs to get from Phoenix to Denver because of greyhound repeated screw-ups. Took us to Amirillo to catch a bus that didn't exist. Spent the night on Albuquerque station floor with no compensation or food. Greyhound stole 28 hrs of my life I won't get back and they don't care. Never ride again. Don't reccomend. Walking is faster and less stress. Terrible organization. Run by fools”
