“I just wanted to say that the customer service I got here was great!
I had an issue where I had to factory reset my phone and I was having trouble with Google and 2 step verification when I reset it.
I went to the Cricket near my house first, which is on 72nd and Sheridan. The woman there was no help at all.
(I wouldn't recommend going there.)
I decided to try the other Cricket store a little further away on federal, and I was so happy that the guy here was friendly and helpful and also fixed the phone in about 5 minutes.
If you go to Cricket, go here!”

After having a a terrible experience elsewhere that caused many months of billing issues, Daniel (store manager) greeted me immediately upon arrival, listened patiently and empathetically, and then proceeded to fix my account issues immediately. No commission, no credit, no incentive - just a sincere interest in helping his Verizon customers. I wish I would have gone here originally and now know where I'll go for all my future cellular needs. Can't thank Daniel enough for his help and professionalism!”

“Under new management. Store is crazy clean and well kept especially compared to the old owner. Staff is extremely nice. Definitely the nicest 7/11 I've ever been to. Ignore the old reviews give the new people a chance. It's corporate now and I've seen it keep getting better and better since it was taken back from the old owner. They're even willing to cook pizza/anything you want on demand anytime of day or night.”

“Not sure why people are giving them poor reviews.. I seriously will drive an extra 5+ miles JUST FOR THIS STORE! The food is always fresh & if they dont think it's up to standard (even if I do!) they cook fresh stuff. The manager is always mopping & a clean store is important to me (considering i'm a caterer & Health inspections are very common for me). There is a 7-11 about 1 1/2 blocks away from me.. I will NOT go there.. I wait until i'm heading in this direction. GREAT customer service!!”

“It's good by gas station standards. Card reader at pump wasn't working and made me go inside to pay. Good selection of food and drinks. Late night clerk was surprisingly nice to me and acted pleasant during the transaction, which is rare for convenience store employees in my experience.”

“Such a great place! After years of people taking my vintage Sansui receiver and returning it to me in worse condition than before, I finally brought it here. This will now be the ONLY place I bring my vintage audio gear for repairs. Communication and ease of approving the work estimate were wonderful. I've feared for years that repair of older units is a dying art, but these guys are keeping it alive. Turnaround time was very quick, under a month from drop-off to estimate to repair completed. I'm thrilled to have my system back up and running.”
