“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”
“My very old iMac froze and wouldn’t fully reboot - time for a fix. Fallen Apple had stellar reviews so that’s where I went. The diagnostic showed that the hard drive was still good, it was other parts that quit - time for an upgrade. Caleb understood my work environment and bent over backwards to get me back in the game. Depending on my budget he seemed to have an option or two to offer. Ultimately I bought a refurbished iMac from Fallen Apple, Caleb loaded everything from my old hard drive to the new machine; once loaded he made sure it was up and running.
