“I cannot say enough amazing things about Gary and his team at Independent Living Solutions. In needing to find a solution for my mother's current stair lift, I called around to multiple companies in the Denver area looking for options. Her current chairlift was installed in 2016 and was a pricey yet necessary investment. The chairlift was purchased from another company, and each time they were called for service in the past couple of years, they stated that parts were no longer available for her lift, and that she needed to purchase a new chairlift entirely. The service call always resulted in an expensive quote being left behind. Her lift had become VERY unsafe and unstable, so we knew we needed to address this before she had an accident. In calling Gary, I explained what was happening, and he was so very kind and helpful in assisting me with solutions. And, with Gary's assistance, we learned that parts ARE available for her lift, yet the prior company we purchased it from are no longer selling this brand, meaning they are unable to access parts. With Gary's help, new parts were obtained and installed, and her current chair is working properly, and most importantly, safely - at a significant cost savings to my elderly mother's budget. I simply cannot recommend Independent Living Solutions enough, and a big THANK YOU to Gary for all of his assistance during this time. “I am amazed how quickly the response time was by the after hours representative on a non-emergent call to Premier Medical Corp. Their friendly personal service and calming explanation of their oxygen machine humidifier eased my mind and helped me calm my hospice client's worry about her oxygen machine. It is a state-of-the-art machine, with such a quiet whispering sound that it is actually calming for the client. The rep on the phone explained that someone would come directly out to add the additional hose missing for the humidifier that will add moisture to add to the client's comfort. Thank you for making my client's night manageable and worry-free. We both think the world of Premier and it's staff. “Lincare went above and beyond my expectations. I am getting ready for surgery and tried to get a CPAP beforehand. My doctor's office told me there was an 8 week wait for CPAP machines. When I called Lincare I was told they already had one for me - unbelieveable!Jack took the time to review everything with me in terms I can understand - even with a "smart CPAP". I dreaded using one of these things, but they were able to fit me with a mask I can live with and the new machines are so quiet.I've waited over five years to get a CPAP and now I'm wondering why.
