“Tried to transfer service from T-Mobile online and then over the phone spent the better part of my days over the course of a week running in circles with different people on the phone who just made more and more of a mess of it. I finally walked into the store and Chris was calm and confident and sorted everything in minutes and got me back online. I was literally in tears of frustration when I walked in and crying with relief when I walked out. As someone who is on call for my job having no service for 18 hours was really stressful. And quite frankly unacceptable.Chris saved the day! Love that this location Opens at 9 AM on the weekdays”

“So Boost was giving me the run around when I tried activating my daughter’s phone (customer service is awful!) so long story short, I came back into this store after the first man sold me the wrong SIM card the previous day and John helped me out this time. He went above and beyond to help me figure out my SIM card issue and even helped me with speaking to customer support and made sure my daughters phone was up and running 100% before we left. If you ever go to this location, talk to John! The other older man working there wasn’t helpful AT ALL.”
