“So Boost was giving me the run around when I tried activating my daughter’s phone (customer service is awful!) so long story short, I came back into this store after the first man sold me the wrong SIM card the previous day and John helped me out this time. He went above and beyond to help me figure out my SIM card issue and even helped me with speaking to customer support and made sure my daughters phone was up and running 100% before we left. If you ever go to this location, talk to John! The other older man working there wasn’t helpful AT ALL.”

Madeline was very professional throughout the entire ordeal and I am glad she was able to do so with grace and charm.
