“We have stayed here multiple times. Clean comfortable rooms, convenient place for us. Zulema checked us in she was kind, very helpful and efficient she reassured us about security in the parking lot: cameras and security monitor the area. Very decent price. Zulema gave us a ‘Thank You’ bag which was appreciated.”

“I stayed here before we got r apt in arvada a housing coordinator from wheat ridge (kory kolar helped us) and as we were leaving to move into r apt they were transitioning into housing for the homeless and for others looking for permanent housing, which eventually it was gonna be called The VillaNearby activities: Park right next door to rhe motel so pets.and kids could go play, the motel was really loud by all the drug traffic but since its become transitional housing its very calm and quiet not like it was when i was thereWalkability: Many stores and places nearby to walk to and not to far”

“I arrived pretty late, well early morning, it was about 4 am and Vernni was very welcoming and very high positive energy. It was very refreshing after the long drive. The room was very clean, only lacking a tv remote so no way to control the tv. But over all very good experience”
