The guys were very professional and punctual. They gave an ETA in the morning and showed up as promised. They were careful and patient.It ended up taking more time than estimated and a few things went wrong. Jacob reached out to me, discussed the issue, apologized genuinely and compensated us graciously. I've never known a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I contacted "All my sons" to have my furniture moved but I regret and cancelled the appointment 45 days before, then I contacted "The Other Side....", it was the best decision I could ever made. The crew was so kind, very clear on the move, and they disassembled my bed (I didn't know I had to do it) and then assembled it at the destination very professionally.
