When I went in the store was clean and the person who helped me and fixed my phone was very nice. It took about an hour and a half to replace my screen. My phone is working just like new as I write this review.”

“Received help from Casey at this store, 10/10, excellent service. I would recommend this store, as I was not waiting around to be helped (although, what's with the no chairs???). Casey was an excellent representative who sat on the customer service line for us to get our issue resolved. Casey also explained the deals available to us and what our plan made us eligible for, no pressure and lots of personal experience with t mobile services that was shared. We will be back to this store in the future.”

“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”

“Only giving 4 stars because of the overall experience with primarily the STORE, not the employee. The employee himself, Q, gets my upmost respect and FIVE STARS, every time.
I went in to get a new screen protector on my phone and potentially look at a new Apple Watch. When I walked in, there was only one employee working. That employee, Q, was already assisting another customer, but made sure to continuously check in with me and thank me for my patience on waiting for him. Not only did I watch him do amazing helping this older couple, but he still made sure I was taken care of during this. Unfortunately there were no other employees in sight until Q was able to assist me, when you could see that there were others hanging in the back. Despite this, Q gave me the best service I’ve had in a T-Mobile store, making sure all my needs were met and helping me weigh out my pros and cons on making a watch purchase. I’d love to work with Q anytime I need something! I’m glad he was the one I met and was doing his job in the lobby that day!”
“Last night (12/1/25) right before close about 5;45pm my husband and I walked in with an issue from my order. I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing. The only guy there was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but what great customer service he gave us. We walked away with our problem solved and no hassle at all for us. We really appreciated him!!”
“Currently under different management than when I first started going there 3 years ago but I have no complaints whatsoever. Even when they are short staffed, they try to make their customers aware that they haven't forgotten about them.”
